✅ THE APARTAMENT: Apartment on the groud floor, 2 bedrooms (1x double + 1x Bunkbed), Air Conditioning, living room 40'' TV, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, bathroom with hairdryer and a shared patio, garden and heated pool opened all year. Because someone needs to pay the bills, there is also a desk and work chair and 5G wifi.

✅ THE NEIGHBORHOOD: In the center of Costa de Caparica, but on a very quiet side street, everything is within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes: Supermarkets, Laundries, Cafes shops, Restaurants, Beaches and Bus Stops to Lisbon, Universities and surroundings.
The cherry on top of the cake is the immensity of the sea that lie down on the 20km of golden sand beach, with the solitary noise of the wild waves of winter, or the buzz of the crowd on hot summer days.

💢THE PAYMENT: Amount for up to two persons for a minimum stay of one full month. One month of mandatory security deposit to lock the dates, refunded up to 7 days after check-out without damage or breach rules. EXTRA GUESTS (above 2 up to 4 - 150€/month/person)
