Modern apartment in great location
The apartment is right in the city center of Cologne in the popular belgian quarter. The interior is chic and comfortable.
The 65 sqm apartment is modernly furnished. The bedroom has a new kingsize bed (1,80m x 2m). It has a separate kitchen with a fridge, hob, oven, kettle and a coffee machine. The bath is equipped with a bathtub. A blow-dryer, towels and linens for the bed are supplied.
A TV and free WiFi are also available.
On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 78.00 per week possible.
The apartment is located in the modern centre of Cologne in the popular Belgian Quarter. The neighbourhood has everything you can expect from Cologne in the immediate vicinity: from the traditional brewery and exquisite restaurants to trendy bars and nightclubs. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity.
From the tram stop Friesenplatz (200 meters) there are underground lines that go in all directions (more info on (hidden)). Cologne ́s main station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) is 20 minutes walking distance.
City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.

Das Haus liegt im Zentrum Kölns, ruhig gelegen im beliebten Belgischen Viertel. Das Apartment ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Apartment ist ca. 65 qm groß und hat ein neues Kingsize Boxspringbett (1,80m x 2m). Es hat eine offene Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Backoffen, Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Fön, Handtücher und Bettzeug sind vorhanden.
Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan sind auch zur Verfügung.
Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 78,00 pro Woche möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt im modernen Zentrum Kölns im beliebten Belgischen Viertel. Das Viertel bietet in unmittelbarer Nähe alles was man von Köln erwarten kann: vom traditionellen Brauhaus und exquisiten Restaurants bis zu Szenebars und Nachtclubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
Vom Friesenplatz (200 m) gehen U-Bahnlinien in alle Richtungen (Mehr Info auf (hidden)). Der Hauptbahnhof am Dom ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
City-Tax: die Stadt Köln erhebt seit 01.12.2014 eine Kulturförderabgabe (Bettensteuer) in Höhe von 5% der Miete. Wir sind von der Stadt Köln somit verpflichtet worden diese von unseren Gästen mit privatem Aufenthalt einzufordern.
