Welcome to the "Nature Terminal Apartment"! With a lot of love, dedication and care, we have brought a piece of nature directly into our apartment - "feeling at home" is not just our name but also our program.In our apartment you will find a cozy bedroom with a spacious 1.80m bed and a high-quality EMMA mattress. In the living room there is an extended 1.60 m sofa bed, which offers comfortable seating or lying comfort both as a sofa and as a bed.The walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space for short or long stays. A small, cozy office next door, which can be separated by a sliding door, allows you to work productively.For relaxing evenings, we have installed a 50-inch Smart TV, on which you can let off steam with waipuTV and watch all your favorite pay TV channels and numerous films and series. Of course, you can also log in to Netflix or other apps.The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything your heart desires. A stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, scales, pots, pans and much, much more are waiting to be used. If something is missing, don't hesitate to let us know! :-)To get your day off to a perfect start, a Nespresso capsule machine (standard capsules which you get in every supermarket or discounter) is also waiting for you.An additional rental agreement must be signed if dogs are brought along.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only. The access is keyless, which means you don't have to worry about keys and can check in very flexibly. However, if you would prefer to have a physical key, we will of course bring it to you when you move in. I don't live in the building, but I can be contacted at any time and can also come by personally at short notice if you have any questions.If you are missing anything in the apartment, please let me know. When you book, you will also receive our digital guest folder, which contains information such as where to go for a good meal, how far away the e-charging stations are, important contact points (doctor, pharmacy, etc.) and much moreThe apartment is cleaned once every two weeks at no extra charge, the beds are freshly made and towels changed.
