The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.Free cleaning and laundry services are offered as additional services.A second person can of course also live in the apartment. For this we would only charge an amount of €100 plus VAT per monthFor rentals of less than 6 months, 7% VAT must be added to the net rent.An internet flat rate in the apartment can optionally be booked for EUR 29.75 per month.
