Within in a secure, private building in the lively Folie-Méricourt quarter. My home is just 10 minutes by foot from either station Strasbourg-Saint Denis and Jacque Bonsergent.

Comprised of the main living area, the kitchen, bathroom and a private terrace of 14m2, ideal for cocktails and Sunday brunches. There are tons of windows dotted around the apartment that give the place a light and airy feel, but also offer you views th(hidden)ssic rooftop views Paris is known for.

In the main living area, you'll find a small dining table for 4, a television, a work desk and a couch that can be converted to a sofa bed for 2. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with all the essentials, a coffee machine for you to enjoy, and a washing machine at your disposal.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed lined with hotel-quality linens, while the bathroom comes with all the basics and a shower. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra charge!

Please note that the apartment is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
