The neighborhood is great, safe residential area. It is a relaxed and family-friendly corner of northwest London, very green with its own park. The park itself is lovely with outdoor Nomad Cinema screen on the lawn in the summer...Whatever your preference, be it good food, good walks or just good vibes, Queen’s Park has you covered. On Sundays it is like a little village with its immensly popular farmers’ market brimming with fresh produce from the English countryside. My favorite is Gail’s Bakery with amazing pastries, bread and cakes. We have lived here for over 30 years and only just moved within 5 min from our previous places in the area.PUBLIC TRANSPORTJust 15 minutes tube ride from the centre of town, you will have an easy access to all major sightseeing points! The house is 7min walk from Queen's Park tube station on Bakerloo line and overground rail to Euston station, 10 min walk from Kilburn station on Jubilee line and numerous buses, 5 min walk to the high street. PARKINGThere is a pay and display meter just around the corner, a minute walk from the front door. We also have a private parking free of charge 2 min drive away.
