Proceeding on foot along Via Meravigli and Via Dante between terraces for an aperitif and elegant shops of all kinds, in just 15 minutes you will arrive in Piazza Duomo, the icon-symbol of Milan!

Practical apartment equipped with everything necessary for a dynamic and smart stay. Ideal for young people and tourists looking for a space to use as a rest for the night and prepare a small breakfast.

The accommodation is not recommended for those who are looking for a house "to live in" or for those who intend to regularly use the kitchenette to prepare lavish lunches or dinners.

Apartment number 400 of approximately 25m2 is located on the fourth floor of an elegant Milanese building with concierge, has all the main comforts and is organized as follows:

-LOWER LEVEL with relaxation area with sofa bed and small kitchenette with 2 burner hob, kettle, small fridge.

-UPPER LEVEL (reachable via internal stairs) with double bed. Bathroom with bidet and small shower cubicle

The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them. Low ceilings, in some places maximum height 175cm.

Further services available: air conditioning with single split, central heating, unlimited wifi, small balcony.

Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on the -1 floor shared with other guests. They are active every day from 8am to 7pm. There are 5 steps at the entrance before reaching the lift. ATTENTION: the elevator in the building goes up to the fourth floor. To reach the fifth floor you need to walk up one floor.

Below the house there are tram stops #16 and #19: the closest stop is Corso Magenta/Viale Nirone, 20 meters away.

If you are traveling by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only requires a fee: the closest paid garages are the Sant'Ambrogio Parking near the house, "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and the "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. The apartment is in area C, if you come by car you need to pay the access ticket.
