Although it is renovated in a modern way and with brand new everything, it has a unique history behind every space, as it is said that Cervantes, the famous Spanish writer stayed there when he was in Barcelona, for that reason the building is named after him.
The apartment is elegantly furnished and decorated in soft and relaxing blue and gray tones that combine perfectly with the wood finishes, giving it a modern yet Mediterranean touch. It is newly built, with modern elements but preserving the charm of the period, such as the Catalan vaulted ceilings. It has been decorated with style and personality by an interior designer.
The day area has a beautiful living room with 55-inch flat screen TV and a reading corner dedicated to reading and simply escape from the day to day. It has a dining area for 4 people and a bar area with high stools where you can work. There is a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It also has plenty of storage area and cupboards to store everything you need.
The sleeping area has a spacious en-suite bedroom that includes a built-in closet, and a modern bathroom complete with shower. You will also find bed linen and towels.
