Comfortable apartment located in the center of Cascais in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes walk (500 meters) from the historic center, the railway station and the beaches of the Estoril coast.
Located on the first floor, without elevator, but easy stairs.
When you enter a hall it takes you to the living room, decorated with comfortable and modern furniture.

The room has a living area with a sofa bed that can accommodate two extra people and an LCD television with international channels. It also has a meal area with table and chairs for 6 people. Free wireless internet access throughout the house.
Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your home meals. The kitchen has stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, mixer, dishwasher and washing machine. An extendal for clothes, an iron and a ironing board are available.
Throughout the corridor there are two bedrooms, one with a King Size bed and one with two single beds.
In front of the two bedrooms there is a large mirror cabinet to hang the clothes.
Finally, the big and modern bathroom with a shower and towels for each guest. Hair dryer, hands gel, bath gel, shampoo and toilet paper are supplied.
This apartment is the perfect place to enjoy everything Cascais has to offer.
Our company exclusively uses the services of our private laundry and cleaning teams, which have certified and specialized equipment for complete and effective cleaning, including the sanitation of clothes and towels.
All our housing are certified by the Directorate General with the Clean & Safe Seal

• It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture.
• Loss of key - 100 €
• Locking lock that requires technical intervention - customer paid for the intervention
• Forget the keys inside the apartment, demanding a new visit from Welcomer - 25 €
• A House Manual will be supplied in the apartment at check-in. Please comply with the rules.

It is located in downtown Cascais, 5 minutes walk from all its local stores and shops, outdoor restaurants, pastries and bars, also the beaches with calm waters from Estoril coast, Marina and Cascais Naval Club.
It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, from one of the best beaches in the region, Guincho Beach, internationally known for Surf, Windsurf, Kite Surf and now more recently Paddle Surf lovers.
It is also about 10 minutes drive from Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf fields in the area, delimited by Pinheiros Green.
For lovers of the Equestrian arts, the Equestrian Center of Quinta da Marinha is also available, as well as a gym complete with tennis and paddle.
Within 5 km are the Estoril Congress Center, the Estoril Casino and the Estoril Autodrome.
Lisbon is located just 30-40 minutes by car or public transport.
