Our modernised and furnished penthouse flat is located in the heart of St. Peter-Ording Bad, just a few minutes' away from the Seebrücke and the beach. The flat is about 40 m² in size has a bedroom, a living room with a small kitchen and a bathroom. The flat also has a small roof terrace with a view of the North Sea.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The living room is spacious, bright and has large windows.
It also includes a large 4K TV with Bose home cinema system.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, two hotplates, microwave with grill and a fridge.

The small bedroom is in a quiet location and has two single beds with comfortable mattresses in different firmness levels. Another TV is installed on the ceiling.

The bathroom is modern and has a large shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

On the west-facing roof terrace there is a wicker beach chair and other garden furniture from which you can see the North Sea.

The flat is located in the centre of the Bad district, with a variety of shops, restaurants and cafés. The beach is just a few minutes' away and offers a variety of activities, such as swimming, sunbathing, surfing and kitesurfing.

The building is a well-kept apartment building with approx. 40 residential units and is located in the centre of the spa resort Bad. The building has a bicycle storage room and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (for a fee). There are also two restaurants, and a boutique in the building.

The flat is available from April 2024 and can be rented for a period of 6 to 12 months. The rent is 980 euros per month. The deposit is two months' rent.
