In unserem brandneuen apartment im Szeneviertel Mülheim treffen pure, ursprüngliche Materialien wie Beton und Holz auf modernes Design – für ein hoch innovatives Wohnerlebnis auf Zeit. Außergewöhnlich ist auch seine Energiebilanz: In dem Passivhaus, das von einem Blockheizkraftwerk mit Strom und Wärme versorgt wird, herrschen konstant 20 Grad Celsius – ohne Heizleistung. Nicht verbrauchter Strom steht Elektro-Fahrzeugen zur Verfügung, die im Innenhof aufgetankt werden können.

Folgende Leistungen sind in der Miete bereits inclusive:
Welcome-Paket, Concierge-Service, Living-Kitchen Nutzung, alle Nebenkosten, Strom, High-Speed Internet, Sat-TV und Basisservice (inkl. 14-täglicher Reinigung und Wechsel von Bett- und Frotteewäsche), 7% MwSt

Für einen Aufenthalt mit 2 Personen berechnen wir 150,- EUR extra pro Monat.
