The two-room apartment itself is by its location, located to the rear. All windows face the beautiful garden and the private terrace. The garden is a communal garden that is almost NEVER used by other residents. Thus, it becomes virtually a private garden, which is used at most by the neighboring apartment, which also has direct access through the apartment to the garden (like yourself). In spring, summer and autumn, it is simply pure luxury to have the privilege of sitting in your garden in the middle of downtown Cologne and spending beautiful days or evenings. To experience long summer nights with a nice glass of wine, and to let the day pass in review.
Due to the west-facing position, the sun shines into the garden all day.
The apartment is fully furnished. Bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, cleaning supplies, etc.. - everything is there. If necessary, there is a cleaning and laundry service for an additional fee. Heating, electricity and internet included!

The bed in the bedroom is 140 cm wide. There is enough space for clothing and personal belongings and clothes in a built-in closet, in the bedroom. In the hallway there is also a ceiling-high closet with hanging options, as well as shelves for tops, pants, etc.
