Furnished room in an apartment with four bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and equipped kitchen in Huertas (Barrio de las Letras). It is located next to the metro stop of Antón Martin (line 1) and ten minutes from Puerta del Sol, very close to the triangle of culture in Madrid. It is a bright apartment with balconies overlooking the street located in a neighborhood with numerous gastronomic and leisure proposals. The rental price includes utilities (electricity, water, natural gas, 1G fiber optic internet and weekly cleaning of common areas). The apartment has smart TV and young international atmosphere.

⚠️ RENTAL CONDITIONS:

🔑 Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid. Nevertheless, if you sign a contract between the 16th and the 30th of a given month, just half a month must be paid.

🕑Check-in time: 14:00h - 19:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days).
🕑 Check-out time: 9:30h - 12:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days).
🕑 Check-in/out outside working hours, weekends or holidays: 80€ (It is not possible to check-in after 22:00h).

🧽 One-time cleaning fee at the end of the contract: 40€.

🦹 Visitors staying more than one night: 30€/night.

PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
