Our apartment is one of the best options to stay in Córdoba if you want to know the most important places in the city.

The apartment has been recently renovated with the comfort of our visitors in mind. The apartment has a nice bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with a shower incorporated in said bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds. In addition, it has a spacious living room where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest after a day of walking around the city, watching TV or reading a pleasant book. From the living room you will have access to a terrace with furniture to enjoy this unique space. The dining area is located in this same space. In addition, the apartment has an independent and fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to prepare breakfast or cook your favorite dishes. Next to the kitchen and dining area you can find a bathroom equipped with sink, toilet and shower.
It should be noted that the apartment has fiber internet through free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, allowing you to always be connected with your family or friends and share those photos taken during the day. It will even allow you to telecommute if you need to.
Due to its location, it is one of the apartments preferred by our clients, since it is a stone's throw from the Mosque-Cathedral, 300 meters away you will find the Roman Temple with its impressive columns, very close to the Merced Palace, the Viana and the Christ of the Lanterns. At about 400 meters you can enjoy the Plaza de La Corredera, with its open-air terraces to enjoy the gastronomy and shows. At a walk of about 8 minutes you can enjoy the Ruta de Los Patios Cordobeses with its pots full of colorful flowers.

Rules and Conditions:
- First of all, enjoy Córdoba a lot.- Arrival time can be from 4:00 p.m. (check before booking, possibility of arriving earlier), until 8:00 p.m.
- Check arrival availability after 20:00 PM.
- The departure time must be before 11:00 maximum.- Presentation of passports and/or National Identity Document through our application for the transmission of data to the National Police of Spain. Mandatory by Law.- Responsible use of electricity.- No smoking inside the apartment.- Do not leave the keys in the door lock from the inside. In the event that the keys are left on and we cannot enter, the urgent locksmith service will be charged (€150).- Loss of apartment keys. The amount of the copies of the same will be charged.- Lost objects. The company will not be responsible for forgotten objects in the apartment that are not found by our cleaning staff. Check well before leaving the apartment.- Sending of forgotten objects. In the event that we find a forgotten object in the apartment, we can send it to your address postage due, upon payment of €50 for the service/management of the shipment.- Respect rest schedules of neighbors. From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. Do not cause noise disturbance.- Pets are not allowed.- Parties or events are not allowed.
