*The 1st monthly rent, security deposit and administrative fee need to be paid directly to the landlord up to 48h after the booking request is confirm. If the payment is not received, the request will be automatically cancelled. Roomless fee won't be reimbursed. All our studios are equipped with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
