Fourth floor with two elevators, the apartment is located in a quiet street. But, in two minutes, you'll be at Largo da Graça, a vibrant square where you'll find everything, from supermarkets to fairs, from restaurants to bars, cafes, art galleries, live music and many reasons to be amazed by the spectacular views from the various viewpoints... which are well worth a visit during the day or at night.
The neighborhood is genuine and friendly. It's safe to walk around, people are generally kind and it's a really cool place to live.

The apartment has a balcony with a mini-garden and a partial view of the Tagus river. On the other side, from the kitchen, a wide view of the city... It's a home full of light and sun.
There are two televisions with cable service. The kitchen is well equipped and all equipment is electric. The bed is king size and there's an extra mattress for one person. Cleaning service is included in the price (at your disposal 5 hours per week).
