The room is equipped with LED TV, single bed, 2-door wardrobe, desk, bedside table, curtains, mirror, shoe rack, bookcase and comfortable armchair. Two windows give light and ventilation to the room.
Located on the fifth and top floor, it is placed in a unique position of its kind for centrality and convenience to any means of transport for Venice. It is also a few steps from Piazza Ferretto, the most characteristic and well-kept area of the city. Just renovated in every detail, the apartment is bright and very spacious. In total 150 square meters of surface for a maximum of 6 students, one per room. It consists of a kitchen with a balcony, 2 bathrooms and 6 single rooms, two of which have a private balcony. The apartment is excellently refurbished according to everything our students need. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, equipped kitchen.
