I’m looking for a long term and animal lover tenant for my apartment in Vourvouria, Naxos.

Ground floor apartment (not suitable for wheelchair needs however) in Naxos ca. 70qm, partially furnished, Petrol heating, hot water through heating for winter and solar boiler for Summer. Boilers were installed last year, W-Lan Connection, private Garage in a quiet yet central location in the center of the island.
The apartment comprises of 4 rooms, Kitchen, small bathroom (Shower, WC), bedroom, reception, multipurpose room.
Regional Bus goes through the village twice a day (seconds away from the apartment), but there are more bus connections at the entrance of the village.
Vourvouria is favorably located between Halki and Damarionas offering flexibility and privacy. It is a very old small village with creaks and nature of unique beaty. Only 6 houses are permanently inhabited and another 9 are private vacation homes.
Within 5 to 10min, one can reach enough stores for the daily needs on foot: a Minimarket, Butcher, Bakery, Pharmacy, DIY, Church, Taverns, Carpentry, Kindergarten and Elementary). In Halki you can find a big Supermarket, mini Market, Pharmacy, Pizzeria, Crêperie, Ice Cream Parlor, many Taverns und Cafes, Art Galleries, Butcher, Weaving Atelier, Cheese deli, Apparel shop, Post, Petrol station, Schools, Herbs & Spices shop, Old Churches and Chapels. During Summer you can enjoy many events both local and international.
Not in the mood to walk or drive there? No Problem. You call, they deliver. Baker, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Pizza, Restaurant, and Souvlaki.
Available for gardening is also a field near the apartment.
Additionally to that, you can harvest fruits and olives from another field within few minutes’ walk.
The apartment is offered to rent at a price well below market prices in exchange to feed the cats outside. (Cat food will be provided by the owner of the apartment).
The apartment will be offered clean and painted inside.
