Wifi ist selbstverständlich vorhanden. Die Küche und das Bad mit WC einen weiteren Mitbewohner geteilt. Mit der S-Bahn hat man eine sehr gute logistische Anbindung in alle Richtungen. * Stromverbrauch ist mit 50 kWh pro Monat sowie Kaltwasserverbrauch mit 2,6 m3, Warmwasser mit 1 m3 pro Monat und Heizung 50 Einheiten in den Mietpreis inkludiert. The bathroom, WC and kitchen are shared by two persons in total. * Electricity consumption of 50 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2,6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 50 units are included in the rent. If the consumption limit for heating, water and electricity is exceeded, the landlord is entitled to an additional payment.
