The apartment was fully renovated by the end of 2021. It is situated in a functionalism building from 1936 located on the west part of the city center - Pekařská street. Entry to the city center leads via Šilingrovo náměstí.
The flat has 2 bedrooms - 1 big and one tiny with a balcony.
There is a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher for your comfort.
We have built-in the concept of an open bathroom to fully enjoy the feeling of raindrops falling on your head! There is a washing machine. The toilet is separate.
All windows lead to the inner garden which creates a nice microclimate in summer with a nice view and makes the flat very comfortable and calm without noise from the street.
In front of the building, there is a tram stop - St. Anne’s hospital. And there are several well-rated restaurants nearby as well as popular street food takeaway places.
10 minute walk to the main train station / Vlněna, Titanium office park, Mendlovo náměstí or náměstí Svobody.
