With us, you will live in a new apartment building with modern architecture, 30 minutes away from the Stephansplatz. Best public and traffic connections are available including parking in front of the house.

You live in the Wienerwald as in the country but still in the middle of Vienna. With us it is absolutely quiet, you will relax, it is different and you will draw strength for your actions.

Location:

The apartment is located in the 14th district of Vienna (west), next to the Wienerwald in the settlement Kordon (449m above sea level). There is a great view over Vienna (Jubiläumswarte). In front of the house, there is a bus stop for the line 52b to take you to the station “Hütteldorf” (U4) in a few minutes so that you can reach the city centre in less than 30 minutes.
