The city is home to the Lesher Center for the Arts, the Lindsay Wildlife Museum, and Heather Farm Park, the perfect place for a family outing. There's also nearby Mount Diablo State Park, which offers excellent biking and hiking. Walnut Creek has two BART stations, Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill, making it easy to get around the entire Bay Area by train.
