Room in a renovated apartment on Torrecedeira street, next to green areas, the historic center a 5-minute walk away, 5 supermarkets, the University of Engineering and the Mar de Vigo auditorium - UNED University and the 2 largest libraries, and in front of the gym more cheap from Vigo €20/month, all on the sea side and with the bus stop for the university of Vigo in front. Very bright, and with all new facilities.
Living room with Smart TV, kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron... two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a terrace with sofas and a table to enjoy the summer days ahead with colleagues and friends from the university.
The room that is rented is very bright, and the furniture is new from the side tables, lamp, wardrobe, 120m bed, visco comfort pillow, sheets and duvet, shoe rack and desk.
Monthly expenses, which are charged separately, usually do not exceed €50/person (electricity, water, gas, garbage). The hot water is natural gas, and the electric heating is with individual radiators and a flat rate, as well as a catalytic one that heats the entire living room and hallway. Garbage is a price set by the local government and water too, although the apartment is quite hot as it is an attic and perfect in hot weather as it has the terrace and the roof.
