The property is located at the Clyde Waterfront which is mainly residential. However a short stroll takes you into Finnieston which is a mixture of cool bars and trendy restaurants. There is something for everyone and it is one of the reasons it has quickly become the place to be in Glasgow. The flat is also a short-distance from Glasgow City Centre, where alongside the main shopping areas are a range of historical attractions as well as a vibrant nightlife and restaurant scene.The flat is also just a short hop and a skip from the SECC and the Hydro that hosts a range of concerts and events all year round.
