We accept only students with university enrollment or employed workers with a regular employment contract. registration for residency is possible but only transient residency, not permanent.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You are free to cancel and get back your first month rent if you cancel up to 18:00 of 7 days before the check-in date.
PENALITY
In case of early move out we apply a penalty of 450 euros for each unused month, till a maximum of 2 months.
