The private room is situated in a well-maintained 70-square meter apartment that has a shared bathroom and kitchen. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment for hygienic purposes. Additionally, no guests are allowed to ensure the privacy and safety of other occupants.
Parties and noises in the rooms that could disturb the neighborhood are not allowed. You must keep your rooms clean weekly and clean the house for health and hygiene reasons. Always turn off the gas at the end of each meal for safety reasons. All conditions and rules of the house will be written on the contract that will be stipulated with the owner and the parties involved.
