The apartment is located in direct proximity to the campus of the Kiel University of Applied Sciences and the Kiel Pain Clinic.

Various shopping facilities (Netto, Sky, Aldi, Lidl) are within 10 min walking distance. There is a bus stop just around the corner (every 10 min to the train station) and the ferry pier to the west bank is also nearby.

There is a Netflix access for TV in the apartment. So you will find a film or series on almost all topics and genres.

The accommodation
The apartment consists of 3 - rooms, hall, bathroom and kitchen.
The apartment is in a renovated and well maintained condition.

In the kitchen are dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, milk frother and espresso machine included.

In the living room a system from the manufacturer Harman Kardon/ Denon provides an excellent sound experience. The system can be conveniently controlled via Bluetooth.

The floorboards, coloured carpets and appealing pictures increase the mood.

Access for guests
In the basement there is a dryer and a washing machine, which can be operated by a coin-operated machine.

Further important notes
Downstairs directly in the house is the Café Mumpitz - a small café in 50s style. There you can get coffee, cake and other delicacies from Monday to Friday.
