Just one block away is also Berlin's most beautiful park, Treptower Park, also situated right on the river Spree with lots of cafés and bars to sit, eat and enjoy Berlin's more leisurely part of town. Just a 5 minute drive away in the other direction you approach Berlin's famous shopping street Friedrichstrasse and the much visited Checkpoint Charly and Gendarmen Markt. The Berliner Fernsehturm is also close by as is the Museums Insel with its famous museums, theaters, bars and restaurants.
Also part of the package are two private parking spaces situated in the gated property, with automated gates and lighting at night. The grounds are taken care of by a supervisor and gardener. Cleaning is not included but can be arranged at an extra cost.
