Modern shared flat for subletting in Mannheim

Hello, I have a room to rent in a shared flat. I am studying real estate management at the DHBW Mannheim and will be in the practical phase in my company from 10.06.2023 to 30.09.2023, so not on site in Mannheim. An exact move-in/move-out can still be arranged personally. The rent is €614 all-inclusive, including utilities. There are two bathrooms and an open and fully equipped kitchen. There are also plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the building (free of charge). The apartment is located in a new development area in Käfertal. It is about 10 minutes by car to the city center. There are currently 2 other female flatmates living in the shared flat. Subletting is only possible for female flatmates (specified by the owner).
