Located in the 4th floor, this 72m2 flat is situated on the geographical center of Paris that serves as a haven for tourists. This apartment is tastefully decorated in a traditional style, with gold, brown, and red hues equally distributed throughout. It has a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, and a bedroom that can accommodate one person or a couple.Its living area is elegantly furnished with plenty of seating, a gold center table, a few armchairs, and is adorned with a few paintings that make the room livelier. On its side is a dining area with a table and chairs in which you can enjoy the lovely home cooked meals from the apartment’s well-lit kitchen.The kitchen is equipped with a boiler, a coffee machine, a freezer, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, and an oven that allow you to prepare food at your own convenience. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes dryer are also placed in the apartment to aid you in your vacation chores.The apartment’s sole bedroom is situated right next to the living room. With red walls and elegant gold accents, it is composed of a queen-size bed, two armchairs, and built-in cabinets.The bathroom is elegantly designed, as well, as it has wooden sink counters, numerous mirrors, and pin lights. It is fully-equipped with a toilet, a sink, and a bathtub with a detachable shower head for your convenience.We only accept one-month bookings during the summer months. From January to March, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 6 months.Once the booking is confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the owner the following documents: Copy of passport, proof of address, reason for stay, proof of this reason for stay, a Garantme eligibility certificate. Located on the right bank of the River Seine, the apartment is placed on a prime location for it is situated in the first district of Paris that is home to Paris’ magnificent buildings and attractions, some of which include the Louvre, Palais Royal, the Tuileries gardens and the Place Vendome. Numerous gardens, shops, bistros, museums, cafes, and restaurants are located near the loft, giving you access to the necessary establishments for errand runs during your stay. Excellent restaurants, such as Sur Mesure par Thierry Marx, Le Souffle, Balagan, and L’Ardoise, are located nearby, along with bars and pubs, such as Bar 228, Le Costes Bar, Le Rubis, and Bar Hemingway. Cheap eats, some of which include Happy Caffe, Razowski, Le Petit Vendome, and Big Ferdinand, can be easily accessed so you need not worry about your meals and entertainment during your stay.The best feature of the apartment’s location, however, is its proximity to some of the top attractions that Paris has to offer: The Louvre, the Champs Elysées, the Marais, and the Seine River.
