I am renting out my spare room in charming town of Santa Cruz. It is a brand new and well equipped two bedroom apartment with strong and reliable wifi. I split my time between Madeira and Lisbon so you will have the place to yourself for a big chunk or even all of your stay depending on how long you rent for, and the rest of the time sharing the common areas with me (and possibly my partner). You will have your own private bathroom.

Santa Cruz is a great base - its relaxing and lively in the evenings and well connected to Funchal, Machico and other areas for hiking and adventures. There is a parking spot available if needed too.

As I am a live-in-landord, I am looking for someone you will be respectful, kind and care for the apartment. I love to hike, cook and enjoy a nice glass of wine on the balcony!
