If you are ready for a really relaxing warm-hearted holiday, book this uniquely designed, charming apartment in beautiful Costa da Caparica. The train station is just around the corner, the beach is a short walk away, and there are plenty of wonderful cafes and restaurants right at your doorstep. The apartment has 1 double bed, 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. All essentials, linen, towels, and WiFi are provided.

The apartment is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a clothes rail, an armchair, a cupboard, a sofa, a coffee table and a smart TV. The dining area consists of a round table and 3 chairs. There is an equipped workspace next to the large window. The open-plan kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a coffee machine, cafetière, fridge, induction stove, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The bathroom is complete with an enclosed shower.

*Please note that construction work will start during the last week of July on the property's building facade, and it will last till October/ November. There may be audible noise during your stay.

*Please note the property is fitted with a noise-detection device.

House Rules

– Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets

– Dispose of rubbish appropriately.

– Keep the property clean and tidy.

– Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.

– Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.

– Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.

– Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

– To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

- In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.

Cleaning fee: €65
