It is fully-furnished, with all facilities including auto washing machine, gas oven, microwave oven, toaster, hot iron, tv, and wireless internet. There is also use of a spacious roof terrace where one can hang washing to dry, enjoy private sunbathing or a fresh sea-breeze in the evening. There are security cameras outside property.

It is 4minutes’ easy walk from the sea and the sea-front and 3minutes to the main Qawra bus terminus. Shops, banks, pharmacies, buses, as well as pubs, and restaurants are all nearby.

Price range 440 & 460euros (excluding bills) for 1 person per month respectively for single & double bedroom, depending on duration of stay and period of year.

Internet, water, electricity, gas depending on consumption - approx 80euros/month/person.
