Our STUDIO EINS is a 40 m² Studio to the east and west with a wunderful view into the Moselle valley and the village. It offers a separate bedroom with a double bed. The living room is equipped with a breakfast table, a sofa and a Flat TV, a kitchenette with a little fridge as well as a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle. It is located in Perl, just opposite Schengen.

We offer a clean, modern accommodation that is fully furnished, ready to move in! It offers a range of amenities such as fast WiFi and an on-site parking. Our monthly price of 1100 €/ month (weekly 425 €) includes all costs like electricity, heating, water, wifi, parking and weekly cleaning service.
