The property was built in 1904 as furniture makers shop; it was modernised in 2004 to become a quiet 80m2 three storey home retaining some beautiful period features, yet, with all modern comforts and less than 20m from the most popular streets in beautiful Utrecht.

The Inner City of Utrecht (in the city and province also called the City) is a district of the municipality of Utrecht, in the Dutch province of Utrecht. The district is the smallest district in Utrecht in terms of population and area.

The district includes the historic city center within the canals and a few neighborhoods to the west of it.

When you entry the house you will see the modern kitchen and the living room. It still has the traditional bricks in the kitchen like it was 100years ago! Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms!(queen sizes beds), a study/3rd bedroom, Roof Terrace, Patio terrace, 1.5 bathrooms. As extra facilities: baby bed, air matras and sleeping couch.

The price includes: Water, Internet, Netflix and monthly cleaning. Please be aware there will be a one-time fee of €250 for the entire stay.
Only the energy bills needs to be assigned to the new tenant.
Also, if you choose to pay the rent six months in advance, you will get 3% for free. Additionally, if you choose to pay the rent one year in advance, you get a whole 5% of the total rent for free!

We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean apartment with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care and maintain this standard.
Once a month, a cleaning service will stop by to take care of the regular cleaning tasks in the common areas. We do this because we are aware of the fact that you are rather busy doing other things in this wonderful country and we want to make sure that we keep up with our high standards inside the residences. However, you do need to take out the garbage, do the dishwashing and maintain your own room.
