The apartment:
Very well cut, freshly core reorganized, modern furnished 1 room apartment (35 square meter) with a large balcony with very large window front to calm street with many trees.
The bright apartment is divided into a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. From the hallway you have access to the small but nice walk-in wardrobe on the right hand side and to the modern shower room on the left hand side.
The apartment equipment leaves nothing to be desired: From a comfortable sofa, a modern and network-compatible 43" smart TV, a dining and work table to a modern shower room, which can offer many moments of relaxation, everything is available. A fast Wlan-Internet completes the equipment.
The immediate surroundings:
The apartment is very close to the city centre in a quiet residential area of Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel / Wellingsbüttel. The U1 subway station is within walking distance in a few minutes and the city center can be reached very comfortably in less than 20 minutes. The airport can also be reached very quickly (approx. 16 minutes by train), even on foot (approx. 20 minutes walk).
Supermarkets as well as numerous shops and facilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity, for example on Erdkampsweg.
The Alster hiking trails invite you to take a walk in the nature and are only a few minutes away on foot.
If required, a private parking space can be rented for a fee.
