Die gemütliche Altbauwohnung mit 3 Meter hohen Decken und Stuckelementen liegt elbnah, in einem kleinen Mehrfamilienhaus aus dem Baujahr 1900 und teilt sich in ein Wohnzimmer, ein Ess- und Arbeitszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, ein WC sowie einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Das Apartment wurde gerade vollständig renoviert und neu möbliert. In diesem Zusammenhang wurde u.a ein neues Duschbad, ein WC und eine neue Küche eingebaut, die Holzdielen geschliffen und geölt sowie alle Zimmer in weißen und hellgrauen Tönen gestrichen.

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Couch, ein großzügiger Sessel, ein Couchtisch, ein Beistelltisch, ein LG Smart TV (inkl. Open Web Browser, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.), ein Kronleuchter sowie Leinwandbilder von Claude Monet (Kopien).

Das Ess- und Arbeitszimmer ist ausgestattet mit Esstisch, Stühlen, Vase, halbhohen Schubladenregalen, einem Ofen aus dem Baujahr (nicht mehr funktionsfähig) und Leinwandbildern von August Macke.
Das Schlafzimmer zeichnet sich aus durch ein Doppelbett (180x200 Meter), einen großen Kleiderschrank mit Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett und Staubsauger, Nachttischlampen, einen kleinen Ledersitzhocker und Leinwandbilder von Gustav Klimt (Kopien).

Im Flur befindet sich ein Ganzkörperspiegel, zwei Wandschuhschränke, eine Garderobe, ein Bild von Pablo Picasso (Kopie) und einen Abstellboden.

Die Einbauküche ist ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank
mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine (Senseo), Esstisch und zwei Stühlen, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe und Pfannen.

Das Badezimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer Dusche mit Glaswand, Waschbecken und Spiegelschrank
Auf dem Balkon befindet sich noch ein kleiner Gartentisch mit Stuhl.

Schnelles Internet (WLAN) ist vorhanden.

Das Apartment befindet sich mitten im beliebten Hamburger Stadtteil Ottensen. Fußläufig in der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich der Bahnhof in Altona, der Elbstrand in Ovelgönne, der Fähranleger nach Finkenwerder (Airbus) bzw. Landungsbrücken/Hafencity, die Ottensener Hauptstrasse, die Elbchaussee, das Mercado Einkaufszentrum sowie ein Vielzahl von Bars, Restaurants und kleinen Boutiquen. Vom Bahnhof Altona erreichen sich mit den S-Bahnen und Bussen schnell jeden anderen Stadtteil bzw. in ca. 10 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof.

The cosy old building flat with 3 meter high ceilings and stucco elements is located near the river Elbe, in a small apartment house built in 1900 and is divided into a living room, a dining and study room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony with a view of the greenery. The apartment has just been completely renovated and refurnished. In this context, a new shower room, a WC and a new kitchen were installed, the wooden floorboards were sanded and oiled and all rooms were painted in white and light grey tones.

In the living room you will find a couch, a spacious armchair, a coffee table, a side table, a LG Smart TV (incl. Open Web Browser, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.), a chandelier as well as canvas paintings by Claude Monet (copies).

The dining and study room is furnished with a dining table, chairs, vase, half-height drawer shelves, a stove from the year of construction (no longer functional) and canvas paintings by August Macke.
The bedroom is characterized by a double bed (180x200 meters), a large wardrobe with clotheshorse, iron with ironing board and vacuum cleaner, bedside lamps, a small leather stool and canvas paintings by Gustav Klimt (copies).

In the hallway there is a full-length mirror, two wall cupboards, a wardrobe, a painting by Pablo Picasso (copy) and a storage shelf.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with gas stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator

The apartment is located in the middle of the popular Hamburg district Ottensen. Within walking distance are the train station in Altona, the Elbe beach in Ovelgönne, the ferry pier to Finkenwerder (Airbus) or Landungsbrücken/Hafencity, the Ottensener Hauptstrasse, the Elbchaussee, the Mercado shopping centre and a variety of bars, restaurants and small boutiques. From Altona station, the S-Bahn and buses take you quickly to any other part of the city or to the main station in about 10 minutes.
