L'appartamento di circa 95 mq calpestabili è composto da ingresso, ampio openspace corredato da tutti i confort (cucina, lavatrice divano letto, tv, wifi, sala da pranzo) con accesso alla terrazza privata abitabile, ampio bagno finestrato con vasca nuova, ripostiglio, 2 camere matrimoniali di cui già occupata da altra studentessa in medicina.
L'appartamento si trova al primo piano in Galleria Marconi in palazzo signorile con portiere e ascensore.
Cantina di pertinenza.

Il prezzo mensile di 840 include le utenze e le spese condominiali che comprendono portiere, luce e pulizia scale, ascensore, acqua calda e riscaldamento.

The apartment of about 95 sqm walkable is composed of entrance hall, large openspace equipped with all comforts (kitchen, washing machine sofa bed, TV, wifi, dining room) with access to private terrace livable, large windowed bathroom with new bathtub, closet, 2 double bedrooms of which already occupied by another student in medicine.
The apartment is on the second floor in Galleria Marconi in elegant building with doorman and elevator.

CONDOMINIUM EXPENSES AND UTILITIES
The monthly price of 840 includes utilities and condominium expenses which include doorman, light and stair cleaning, elevator, hot water and heating.
