Se é um nómada digital ou simplesmente quer passar este inverno numa casa grande, partilhando com algumas pessoas, este é o alojamento para si. Apartamento de dois andares, com grandes áreas comuns para partilhar com apenas 6 pessoas. Contas incluídas.
O apartamento tem dois andares e está localizado perto do centro de Lisboa, apenas 15-20 minutos a pé. A paragem de comboio fica apenas a 6 minutos a pé, a paragem de autocarro na esquina, mercados, restaurantes na mesma rua e o melhor! O lago Tejo fica a 5 minutos a pé, por isso tem toda a zona pedonal para caminhar, fazer exercício ou simplesmente visitar as discotecas e restaurantes da zona.
O apartamento tem 6 quartos e duas casas de banho completas para partilhar (o quarto número 6 tem uma casa de banho privada), pelo que as duas casas de banho partilhadas são partilhadas por 5 pessoas. A cozinha é grande e há muito espaço para armazenar alimentos, há um frigorífico, um congelador. Há também uma área de lavandaria com máquina de lavar e secar roupa. Há um terraço com plantas e uma boa mesa.
Não há festas nem música alta depois das 21:00.

If you're a digital nomad or simply want to spend this winter in a large house, sharing with a few people, this is the accommodation for you. A two-storey flat with large communal areas to share with just 6 people. Bills included.
The flat has two floors and is located close to the centre of Lisbon, just a 15-20 minute walk away. The train stop is just a 6-minute walk away, the bus stop round the corner, markets, restaurants in the same street and the best! The Tagus lake is a 5-minute walk away, so you have the whole pedestrian zone to walk, exercise or simply visit the discos and restaurants in the area.
The flat has 6 bedrooms and two full bathrooms to share (bedroom number 6 has a private bathroom), so the two shared bathrooms are shared by 5 people. The kitchen is large and there's plenty of space to store food, there's a fridge, a freezer. There's also a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There's a terrace with plants and a nice table.
There are no parties or loud music after 21:00.
