We are looking for a new flatmate! Private room for rent in a shared apartment in Montolivet, Valencia. Length of stay negotiable, minimun 6 months.
Your room is nice, with a window, natural light (and shade), furnished with a desk and single bed.
Our flat is very well situated with supermarkets, bar/cafés, basketball courts and the Montolivet station of the 10 tram — all within about a block's distance. We are also just a five-minute walk from Ruzafa and Cánovas — two neighborhoods which offer excellent restaurants and nightlife — as well as a five-minute walk from the lush gardens of Túria park («el río») with all its offerings of sport and relaxation. The apartment is serene and tastefully decorated, it has fast internet, a shared living room with a big TV and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and bathroom — complete with a bathtub and bidet.
