RAMBLA CATALUNYA MARGARETH is a comfortable 6 double bedroom apartment, three of them with a bathroom ensuite. Two of the bedrooms are facing a sunroom, with a terrace with chairs and a table facing an inner patio, while two of them are sound isolated and facing two balconies to the street. Aside from the two bathrooms ensuite, there are two more, and a complete fully equipped kitchen. The apartment, located in one of the most beautiful historical buildings in Rambla Catalunya, has a large living room with plasma TV, two sofas and a balcony facing Rambla Catalunya; a separated dining room, with an extendible table suitable for twelve guests. Its historical tale floors and its ceilings make you travel back to the early 20th century.

It is equipped with all the utensils you may need. Sheets, towels and hair dryer are included. The kitchen has all the utensils for your daily use. It also has a washer / dryer and dishwasher.

The apartment is in a modernist building from the 1900s, completely remodeled, keeping the original structure. We highlight that the building has an elevator and a porter service. On the 3rd floor is the reception and there is a common area for guests.

Just one street from our building is the emblematic Pedrera of the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, as well as other works of the same such as La Casa Batlló can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
