Bright rooftop apartment in relaxed neighbourhood

As we will be on holiday for a while from March on, we are only renting it out for 6 months. We may be away for longer, but that is not yet clear.
It is a 2-room flat with a large living room, a beautiful terrace with a view of the "Samariter-Kiez" and a fantastic view over the whole of Berlin (from the accessible roof).
The flat is located on the 5th floor in a renovated old building. There is no lift (!!)
The living room and terrace are especially beautiful in spring and summer. Enjoy bright sunshine all day long!
