Awesome flat in Charlottenburg (Berlin)

The apartment is very central, yet very quiet. It is located 2 minutes from Adenauer Platz. All public connections (underground, suburban train, buses) can be reached on foot in a maximum of 7 minutes. Anyone who owns a car benefits from our own parking lot, which is located in the enclosed courtyard. The apartment itself is on the 5th floor and can also be reached with an elevator. The living and sleeping area represents the largest room. In this there are 2 large box spring beds, a dining table, television, a dining table, etc. Our small French balcony provides fresh air in the apartment. Our modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee and espresso machine, a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and everything else that is used for everyday use. Our bathroom is small, but nice. It also has a bathtub. Otherwise there is a cupboard in the hallway for storage space and also a washing machine and dryer. We also offer free WiFi.
