General:
My name is Christoph, I am 32 years old and work in sales for a tech company.
I just moved into the apartment with my brother in November, but he is now moving to Vienna at short notice for professional reasons.
That's why I'm now looking for a new roommate.
What is important to me:
- Likeability: It's important to me that you have similar ticks when it comes to cleanliness, tidiness and general manners and that you simply have a certain basic likeability and feel that you can trust each other.
Before a viewing appointment, we can also arrange facetiming or a Zoom call so that we can both get a first impression of each other.

- I work from home 3-4 days out of 5. If you're at home more often during the day, that's perfectly okay with me, as long as you're considerate of each other :-)
- I don't have any pets myself, if you want to bring one (please no "pets" that need a terrarium :D ) then just let me know and we'll find a solution.
- Owner: private, super friendly and always directly reachable via email. (No comparison to housing associations).

Between Bogenhausen and the English Garden.
The Regina-Ullmann-Straße streetcar and bus stop is a 4-minute walk away and the Johanneskirchen S-Bahn station (S8) is 14 minutes away.
Very practical: 50 meters away is a kind of marketplace / center of the residential area: hairdresser, Edeka, pharmacy, dentist, kebab/pizza/burger, ice cream parlor, tailor, kiosk, etc. so everything is within walking distance, which makes everyday life much easier and saves time :-)

Bright room (bedroom 1 in the photos) with spacious built-in wardrobe incl. private bathroom (bathroom 1) with bathtub and toilet in its own area in an 88sqm roof terrace apartment.
Communal area:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Roof terrace by arrangement
