We are renting out our charming semi-detached house as we will not be in Munich between February and August/September.
The house is occupied by our family with two little children, so it is child-friendly equipped (e.g. stair gates). On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a guest toilet, and an open kitchen/dining area/living room. A small garden with a terrace, hammock, and raised bed provides relaxation opportunities in the summer. Bicycles/strollers can be safely stored in the garden shed. Upon agreement, we may be able to provide bicycles, bike trailers, strollers, or scooters.
The open staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bedroom (family bed with 220cm width) and the children's room (two bunk beds - 120cm/90cm width) as well as the bathroom (bathtub). The top floor houses our "tower room" with its own shower room. Here you will find a bed (160cm wide) or optionally a sofa with a sleeping function and an electrically adjustable desk. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a cellar room if needed. There is also space to hang up laundry. The semi-detached house is located in a nice area of Munich called Obersendling. The underground line U3 can be reached on foot, and it takes 12 minutes to get to the suburban train S7. There are also several bus lines within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, there are some shops for daily needs, gyms, beer gardens, restaurants, and parks. The Isar river and the zoo can be easily reached by bike (10 minutes) or by subway (2 stops).
