Completely renovated and newly furnished 3-room apartment (70m²) which I temporarily sublet when I am travelling abroad myself.
It is barrier-free and is located on the ground floor on a hillside. There are no stairs to walk.
In summer the roofed balcony is very idyllic. You are looking at a green oasis and forget that you are in the middle of the city centre, as the city is hardly noticeable.

The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (SZ).
SZ1 has a large 1,80m x 2,00m double bed
SZ2 has a large 1.80m x 2.00m double bed and an extendable sleeping chair (with slatted frame) in the size 0.80m x 2.00m.

The apartment has a covered balcony (7m²) with room for 4 persons (4 chairs + table).

A Samsung 50 inch Smart TV is installed (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. can be connected to your accounts).

A washing machine is available in the bathroom.
Iron/ironing board, laundry basket/stand are also available in the closets.

The apartment has gas heating.

The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cooker + stove top + extractor hood, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, toaster. Thus a full kitchen!

All rooms have adjustable indirect LED lighting on the back wall, which can be set to a desired colour, dimmed or switched on and off separately by remote control.
