Due to an extended stay abroad, our beautiful old town apartment will be available for sublet from mid-August for approximately two years (or by arrangement - min. stay one year).

The apartment is 120 m2 in size. It has 3.5 rooms and consists of a bedroom, office (or children's room), bathroom, guest toilet, an open kitchen, a spacious living room, and a gallery. Additionally, there is a rooftop terrace with a view of the minster for exclusive use. The apartment can be taken over furnished or partially furnished.

The apartment is located in Junkerngasse in the heart of the Bernese oldtown. Junkerngasse is rather quiet but very centrally located. Numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, and bars are in close proximity, and it is also not far from the Aare River. 2 minutes to the bus stop "Rathaus", public bike station directly in front of the house.
