2. Complete double room: folding bed with storage space 150x190, Smart TV, fourth door build-in closet with security box, and desk. Includes pillows, cushions, comforter, sheets, hangers, wastebasket, and towels (all brand new). The room has air conditioning and heater.

3. Two full bathroom with shower and bath, and many drawer organizers. It also has a separate toilet. Includes new towels.

4. Kitchen 100% equipped with all new appliances. All the necessary kitchenware brand new: complete crockery, cutlery, utensils, cookware, etc.. It has all the necessary appliances: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.

Requirements:

* 450€ down payment. * 1 month deposit. * To be clean and tidy. * Pets are not allowed. * No couples allowed.

These are temporary contracts (1-11 months); with flexibility to stay as long as wanted between this period, must notify 30 days before departure.
