We invite you to spend a quiet time and enjoy life in this beautiful apartment, it is in a very central area, surrounded by parks and with access to everything just a few minutes walk away.
It has a beautiful living room, with large windows that allow sunlight to enter directly, it is kept at a very pleasant temperature, you can spend time on the sofa, have a drink, read a book or study.
We have a kitchen equipped with everything you need, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, and more.
If you need something else you can request it.
The bathroom is a shower tray, hot and cold water.

We have 3 rooms, all with windows to the outside, wardrobes and if requested, a desk can be put in each of them with its swivel chair.

The rooms have a lot of ventilation.

We are on the third floor, without an elevator, but we have a porter service.

In general, the neighborhood is very quiet, as well as the community of neighbors.

Trunk :

If you have a lot of luggage you can request the porterage service, this must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance.
Price: 5 euros per person.

Pet daycare:

We have associated with our rental the care and attention of your pet in case you come with her, we will pick her up upon arrival and take her to an apartment so that she is calm and comfortable, you can visit her and take her for a walk whenever you want, will be very close to you.
Reservation at least 5 days in advance
Price: 10 euros per night.

Washed and ironed :

We have a washing machine in the apartment and an iron (free use) but if you want not to worry about that, you can request an ironing and washing service, we have staff who will collect all your clothes and deliver them ironed and clean within 24 hours.
Bed linen and towels are changed by us, totally free.

Activities :

You can book a private tour of the city as well as hiking routes.
