Large, fully furnished shared flat in a top location…

I've furnished the room really nicely with lots of LEDS and indirect lighting. The room is fully furnished (shelf, desk, clothes rail, bedside cabinet, rocking chair). A special highlight is the very comfortable 140cm wide box spring bed, in which you sleep like on clouds, and I also have a cooling fan that uses ice cubes/cold packs to blow cooled water in tiny droplets over the fan into the room and quickly creates a very pleasant, cool room temperature on hot days.

Best location, close to the centre, 2 min walk to the bus stop, university and market square are both a 10 minute walk away.

You will be living with
- Lukas (31) from Brandenburg, a business student of the not lame variety, and
- Marcel (20) architecture student
The guys are very sociable, I'm sure you will get along well.
It is important to us to leave the shared rooms and areas as you found them

- The bed stays inside, but I don't want anyone else to use my mattress, so please just bring it, pillow and duvet yourself and put it on the frame then it fits
- We have a large common room that combines kitchen, living and dining room, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking
- Coffee pad machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine are all included
- We also have a large kitchen, living room and dining room.
